Refunds

You may cancel your coaching session up to 48 hours in advance. You may elect to receive a refund or keep a credit on file for when you reschedule.

If you need to cancel your spot for a class you purchased you will be required to give 3 weeks notice for a full refund. 2 weeks notice will provide you a 50% refund for a canceled class. 1 week notice will result in no refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

You may purchase classes and coaching as gifts for a therapist. You may purchase a credit on file for them and they can then call and schedule the service they would like to receive.
